Evidence retention
Evidence documents are private review material, not public campaign content.
During review
Evidence is stored in a private bucket and is visible only to the campaign owner for safe status details and to authorized Kindmutu reviewers. Raw storage keys are never shown in public or owner-facing pages.
After a decision
Documents are retained while a campaign is under review or published, then removed by a scheduled retention sweep after the applicable retention period. File bytes are deleted before the metadata row. Purge is permanent and there is no archive copy.
