What we collect

We collect account details, campaign information, organizer contact details, evidence documents, reports, and pledge records. We use this information to operate the service, review campaigns, respond to safety concerns, and protect people from abuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not publish organizer phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, or evidence documents.

Who can see it

Campaign organizers can see their own campaign records and safe evidence status. Authorized Kindmutu reviewers can see the evidence needed for review. Safety reports and operational records are limited to the staff roles that need them.

Your choices

For privacy questions or account requests, contact support@demo.kindmutu.com. We will ask for enough information to locate the request without asking you to send evidence documents by email.
